  • Refresh and streamline Chi Omega’s social media presence, creating a cohesive and recognizable brand identity

  • Promote internal programming—such as sisterhood events, philanthropy, and chapter initiatives—to boost engagement and attendance

  • Create engaging TikTok content to reach new audiences and showcase chapter life in a relatable, authentic way

  • Navigate and communicate DEI topics thoughtfully, ensuring messaging reflected the chapter’s values and commitment to inclusivity

  • Use strategic content to highlight Chi Omega’s mission, sisterhood, and community impact

THE RESULTS:

  • Increased follower count by 2,500 (a 25% growth) across social platforms

  • Created high-performing TikToks, including videos with over 118K views and 30K+ views, driving major visibility and reach

  • Produced posts with 1,500+ likes, helping generate buzz and engagement around events and chapter life

  • Played a key role in recruiting a new pledge class of 87 members through authentic, consistent branding

  • Established a polished, branded aesthetic using a custom font and color kit, creating a recognizable visual identity

  • Elevated the chapter’s digital presence, making it more engaging, aspirational, and aligned with Chi Omega’s national values

Branding 101: Personal Branding Workshop

I led a personal branding workshop for over 50 members of Chi Omega, focused on empowering women entering the professional world to confidently present themselves to future employers. Knowing the audience had very limited experience with design or branding and I had limited presentation time, I broke down complex concepts into an accessible, beginner-friendly approach. I covered the fundamentals of building a personal brand, including a simplified approach to logo design and business card creation, and provided resources for building personal websites. The session emphasized authenticity, visual consistency, and standing out in competitive job markets—equipping attendees with the tools and confidence to begin crafting their own brand identity, no matter what job field they were entering.
